By accessing or using DonorStride ("the Service"), operated by DonorStride ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
DonorStride is a cloud-based fundraising moves management platform designed for nonprofit development teams. The Service enables users to track donor relationships, plan solicitations, manage communication logs, and coordinate fundraising activities.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to nonprofit fundraising management. You may not:
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including donor information, communication records, and fundraising plans. We claim no ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
If you connect your Google account, you authorize DonorStride to access Gmail metadata (sender, recipient, date, labels) and calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time from your account settings or from your Google Account permissions.
Paid features are billed on a subscription basis. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by DonorStride and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DonorStride shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
